Copyright is intellectual property which is make you protect of your all kind of original works .In UK everyone automatically has copyright no need for registration or paying fees you can use the copyright symbol if you want even you hasn’t mark it protection still have . (Service, G.D. (2015))

automatically get copyright protection when you create:

How does copyright
protects your work ?
Copyrights provide you
opportunity to the protection for stealing your published works .Provide you property
rights any case of stealing or any kind of using without your permission .

prevents people from:

distributing
copies of it, whether free of charge or for sale

renting
or lending copies of your work
·
performing,
showing or playing your work in public

an adaptation of your work

it on the internet

How do I copyright my work ?
You have international rights when you published as son you published you got your copyrights . Publisher doesn’t need to do anything for example paying fees or registers to company’s to get copyright . Government of UK provides every work and person automatically.
Your work could be protected by copyright in other
countries through international agreements, for example the
Berne Convention. (
1. How long does copyright lasts ?
Every works got copyrights as soon as they published and except two type of works all works
copyrights lasts until after 70 years of publisher , the artist , death . The length of copyright also depends on how
long ago the work was created. (

Films - 70 years after the death of the
director, screenplay author and composer

Broadcast - 50 years from when it’s first
broadcast

Layout of published editions of written,
dramatic or musical works - 25 years from when it’s first published
How can I stop people using your work ?
In case of stealing your work or using your
work without your permission after check
your rights and the rights of the person or organization using your work you
can report to relevant departments .
Perhaps the most straightforward and commonly used method
to stop copyright infringement is to send a so-called Copyright
Infringement Notice directly to the offending party. (
