Target Market & Demographics

  The total population of Cromwell is 14225 people and the total household number is  5742. The median income of a family in the town is 94,468 $ . There is in total 13980  people who has disabilities 11.9 % of the population at the town  and the 1953 children whom 5 to 17 years old (United Stated Census Bureu, 2021) . 

There is 3663 families at Cromwell and the 26.5 % of householders has people whom under 18 year . In general 19.2 %  of Cromwell is under 18 year (United Stated Census Bureu, 2021) . 

My project is a primary school for the Cromwell kids due to this this my general target market are the families with the 5 to 11 years old kids(United Stated Census Bureu, 2021). 

 

Cromwell has 61.7% population whom enrolled kindergarten to 12th grade (United Stated Census Bureu, 2021) .

Cromwell has 1523 householders with the under 18 children and  has 1583 children which is between 5 to 14 years old  and  in general families has 666 children whom goes grade 1 to 4 grade which is primary school age gap which is my main target market (United Stated Census Bureu, 2021) . The primary school I designed for 200 kids which is going to serve 30 % of this population's children (United Stated Census Bureu, 2021).
