Purpose of the project

This building is meant to be a sustainable and affordable home for key workers and families whom living in Leicester and moving from different parts of the UK it's designed to be good for the environment.

The main idea is to have a house that doesn't harm the environment and being sustaiable as much possible . I want it to be affordable for everyone, so I will try to use smart ways to build that won't cost a lot so it can makes it a good choice for people who work and need a safe, peaceful place to live.

By doing researches about how I build and use energy, I will try to keeping the prices down. This way, key workers and families can have a nice place to live without it being too expensive. Even though the building is in the city, I will making sure it feels close to nature so that residents can live in harmony with nature.

In short, this building purpose it's a home that cares about the environment, is affordable, and has spaces where families can enjoy being together.
