The structure is includes two floor and high ceilings .

Ceiling height measurements are start from 275 cm and gets higher till 699.5 cm. According to Mikko Haapanen (2024) at USA primary , middle and high schools classroom ceiling heights are approximately  is 274 cm 

The structure area is totally 2981.98 m² , first floor area is 1847.24 m² and the second floor is 1134.74 m².
