research: Cecrea Creation Center of La Ligua (update)

 

Cecrea Creation Center of La Ligua is an educational architecture located in Chile, la ligua and was constructed in 2019 by L2 Arquitectura and Mario Lopez 

The building is designed like a factory where the children can develop their creativity and skills in area like colour, music and sculpture. This will help the children acquire a creative mind from a young age in a safe and sustainable environment 

The centre is sustainable because it is made of laminated wood for the structure to give volume to the building and protect the glasses of the entire building which is related to my project because the facade of my building includes wood and glass as well just like in the facade of the centre. 

The Cecrea Creation Centre of La Ligua is located near the main square in the centre of the city making it easily accessible for every children. The location of my project is near residential houses making it accessible for the children of the city to access it. Having the school in an area where all the children can access it is important so that everyone can attend easily 

The centre has a leanto area to give people a space to the people to enjoy the outside environment just like my design because my design also has a lento, I made it to create a space for the children to have an area to play safely without worrying about the sun and to give them cooler shades.
